Excelsior Care Group in Eustis, Florida, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Lake Eustis Healthcare & Rehabilitation. The position offers an hourly wage of $27–$31 for qualified LPNs providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

The role requires a Florida LPN license, current CPR, and at least 2 years in long-term care or similar settings. Responsibilities include meds administration, assisting with procedures, monitoring vitals, and maintaining a safe, high-quality care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid FL LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and accurately record medications and treatments in compliance with policies and regulations.

• Prepare for and assist physicians, nurse practitioners, and other medical staff with diagnostic procedures and treatments.

• Observe and document patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition, reporting changes promptly to the appropriate individuals.

• Deliver high-quality care and support in accordance with care plans and physician orders.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment to enhance patient care.

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
