Job summary

StoryPoint Group in Fishers, IN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time day shift from 7A to 7P. You will lead, manage and train your team of caregivers, evaluate residents, and report changes to physicians while coordinating care with families.

Indiana LPN licensure and prior supervisory experience are required; Assisted Living/Memory Care background is preferred. This role uses EHR/EMAR systems, with benefits and PTO included for full-time staff and a pay rate of $32-$35

Must haves from you to be a Nurse Supervisor/LPN:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state. Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Punctuality and professionalism are important factors.
• Passionate about working with the elderly.

What your day to day looks like as a Nurse Supervisor/LPN:

• Lead, manage, and train your team of caregivers.
• Responsible for evaluating residents and reporting change in condition to physicians.
• Utilizing Electronic Heath Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR)
• Communicating effectively to team, residents and families.
• Building strong relationships.
