Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our evening/night shift team in Excelsior Springs, Missouri. The role features a 12-hour shift with rotating weekends and an increased nursing shift differential up to $4/hour.

As part of our skilled nursing facility, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in Missouri.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred, especially in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatrics.
• New graduate LPNs may be considered based on community needs and applicable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Conduct vital signs and document resident information accurately.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure resident needs are met.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.

About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our evening shift, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of residents, providing assistance with daily living activities, administering medications, and managing their health needs. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care and attention.
