Job summary

Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support daily living activities in a warm, resident-focused community.

As part of the interdisciplinary team, you will develop care plans, monitor residents, document accurately, and contribute to a respectful environment. Missouri LPN license and prior long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse license in Missouri is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred.

About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and patient-centered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to our residents at Aspire Senior Living New Florence. As a key member of our healthcare team, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, maintaining accurate records, and promoting a positive and respectful environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the resident experience

Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)license in the state of Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in long-term care or geriatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
