Job Description

The Imaging Lead oversees imaging operations by managing specialists, coordinating with departments, and ensuring quality services.

1. Develops imaging protocols, maintains equipment, and stays current with technological advancements.
2. Assists with daily operations, staffing, scheduling, staff training, monitors customer satisfaction, and resolves issues.
3. Ensures compliance with policies, manages PACS systems, and oversees equipment inspections.
4. Qualifications include an Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT certification, and 1-3 years of technologist experience; supervisory experience preferred.
5. Requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, radiation safety knowledge, and BCLS certification.
