Job summary

Regency Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate resident care and administer medications in a supportive team environment.

You will perform direct resident assessments, contribute to care plans, and ensure high-quality service while coordinating with CNAs and other staff. A valid DE LPN license and CPR certification are required, with experience in geriatrics preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Delaware.
• CPR Certification required.
• Experience preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.

Responsibilities

• Takes an active role in direct resident assessment and development of service plans.
• Administers medication and/or treatment to residents.
• Communicates resident data to the appropriate responsible party.
