Job summary

North Port Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care and support daily clinical operations within our skilled nursing facility.

This role ensures residents receive quality care in accordance with established standards and regulations, with shifts including 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a, and a FT sign-on bonus of $6,200. Training and career growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Detail‑oriented with effective time‑management skills.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• EMR experience preferred but not required.
