Care Options for Kids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide dedicated pediatric home health care in Pennsylvania. This role emphasizes one-on-one patient care with RN oversight in the home setting.

You’ll collaborate with clinical leadership, maintain clear plans of care, and ensure safety with PPE and CDC-aligned practices. A stable team and ongoing training support your professional growth and confidence.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License.
• TB Skin Test or TB Blood Test.
• Valid BLS CPR card (in person).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled pediatric nursing care in the home.
• Collaborate with RN and clinical leadership for plans of care.
• Maintain safety, documentation, and patient comfort in visits.
