Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking an LPN for pediatric home health in Pennsylvania. This role focuses on one-on-one patient care in the home, allowing you to build strong, stable relationships with children and families.

You will work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership, receiving guidance and support when needed. Eligible candidates have PA LPN licensure, BLS CPR, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Valid BLS CPR card (in-person).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing care.
• Collaborate with RN and clinical leadership to deliver care.
