Job summary

Arabella Health & Wellness Of Carrabelle is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide medication administration, treatments, and accurate patient records within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

You will direct day-to-day tasks of CNAs, collaborate with the care team, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings to ensure continuity of care for residents. Fingerprinting clearance is required for eligibility to work in Florida.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN nursing license in Florida.
• Current CPR certification.
• PCC PointClickCare software experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status.

Job Summary:

Arabella Health & Wellness of Carrabelle, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to our residents, administering medications, performing treatments, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians
