Job summary

Flagler Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care and support daily clinical operations within our skilled nursing facility. This role ensures residents receive quality care in accordance with established standards and regulations.

We offer daily pay, competitive compensation, and opportunities for career growth in a supportive environment. Shifts include 7a-3p, 3p-11p and 11p-7a; part-time and full-time positions available.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Detail‑oriented with effective time‑management skills.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• EMR experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Document assessments and care provided in the electronic medical record.
• Assist residents with daily needs as appropriate.
