Regent at Burnsville, a Cassia community in Burnsville, MN, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. You will provide hands-on nursing care and coordinate with residents’ care teams to support health and wellbeing.

The full-time role offers daytime shifts, competitive pay, and benefits including PTO, health coverage, and tuition assistance. Must have MN LPN license and at least 1 year of assisted living experience.

As our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide compassionate, hands-on care while coordinating with residents’ primary care teams and families to support their health and well-being. Every day, you will monitor residents for changes in conditions, consult with the RN regarding resident conditions as needed, implement medication orders and treatments, and other duties as assigned. To be successful, you must be a dependable and compassionate LPN who communicates effectively, works well as part of a team, and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults.

Wage Range: $30.00 - $32.00 / hour depending on experience

Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week), benefits eligible position

Available Shifts: Monday - Friday, hours could be 10:00am to 6:30pm or 11am to 7:30pm or similar (can be flexible). No weekends!!

Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

• MUST have 1 year of Assisted Living experience as a Nurse.
• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have a current MN LPN license.
