Regent at Burnsville, part of the Cassia nonprofit community, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to support residents in Burnsville, MN. You will conduct assessments, coordinate with physicians, and develop care plans with residents and families while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of Assisted Living experience as a Nurse.
• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have current MN Nursing license.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments per Assisted Living regulations.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other care providers, and develop/update care plans with residents and families.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment per policies and procedures.
• Document care using appropriate systems and notify Clinical Manager of significant changes.

The ideal candidate is a skilled and dependable Registered Nurse who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults. Shifts Available: Monday - Friday, hours could be 10:00am to 6:30pm or 11am to 7:30pm or similar (can be flexible). No weekends!! Wage Range: $40 - $45 /hour depending on experience.

Nurse Responsibilities:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Conductassessments per Assisted Living regulations
• Coordinatecare with physicians and other care providers, and developing and updating care plans in partnership with residents and families
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

Nurse Qualifications:

• MUST have 1 year ofAssisted Living experience as a Nurse.
• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have current MN Nursing license.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
