Regent at Burnsville, part of the Cassia Community, is hiring Servers to join our dining team in Burnsville, MN. No experience needed; training provided to help you succeed in a healthcare setting. You will serve residents, employees, and families and play a key role in enjoyable meals and a clean dining environment.

Position is part-time with varying schedules. Shift options include Mon–Fri 3:30–6:30 PM and Sat–Sun 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with wage range $15–$17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity with training provided.
• Experience in restaurant or healthcare is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff.
• Serve meals and assist with meal delivery to residents.

As a Server at Regent at Burnsville, you will gain valuable knowledge and experience by serving our residents, employees, and family members’ meals. Mealtimes and good food will always be a very important part of everyone's lives! Our Dietary Department is a great group to work with and are valued by staff and residents alike. Position Type: Part-Time, working a varying schedule

Shift Available:

• Mondays - Friday 3:30 - 6:30 PM
• Saturday - Sundays 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Wage Range:

$15 - $17.50

Server Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
• Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
• Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Server Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or healthcare experience preferred but not required! We will train!
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Read and understand procedures for work assignments, instructions, and menu requests.
