Legend Senior Living® is seeking an outstanding Licensed Practical Nurse to join our nursing team on-site. You will support clinical services, manage and supervise nursing staff, and play a key role in ensuring residents receive excellent direct care.

The role emphasizes medication administration, service planning, move-in/move-out processes, and collaboration with other health care services to maintain high standards of resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Current LPN nursing license and CPR certification are required by the state.
• Preferred: 1 year of prior relevant experience.
• Preferred: supervisory experience, preferably in senior living.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and training the nursing staff to ensure quality of care.
• Verifying proper distribution and documentation of medication, treatments and orders.
• Participating in regular resident assessments and service planning; coordinating with ancillary health care services.
• Assisting with move-in/move-out processes including tours, orientation, evaluations, and family communications.
• Providing direct care during health emergencies or on-call rotations; relaying resident concerns to the appropriate department manager.
