Job summary

Legend Senior Living is seeking an outstanding Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team in Bradenton, FL. You will support clinical services such as resident medication management, service planning, and supervising the nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.

You will contribute to direct patient care, participate in regular resident assessments, and coordinate with ancillary health services as needed.

Qualifications

• Current LPN nursing license is required and CPR certification as required by the state.
• Prefer: 1 year of prior relevant experience.
• Supervisory experience, preferably in senior living.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and training the nursing staff to ensure quality of care.
• Verifying distribution and documentation of medication, treatments and orders.
• Participating in resident assessments and service planning with ancillary care services.
• Assisting with move-in/move-out processes including tours and orientations.
• Providing direct care during health emergencies or on-call rotations.
• Relaying resident concerns to the appropriate department manager.
