Job summary

Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation Center in Brandon, FL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team with a supportive, team-oriented environment.

You will provide resident care, administer medications, monitor health status, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update care plans. A current Florida LPN license and at least 1 year of long-term care or rehabilitation experience are required; all shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Florida LPN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and healthcare providers
• Monitor, assess, and document residents’ health status, responding promptly to any changes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update resident care plans
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
• Promote a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and their families
