Royal Braintree Nursing and Rehab is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing setting. Join a supportive team that values clinical skills and professional growth.

Qualifications

• LPN license active in the state of employment.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, medication administration, and resident care procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to recognize changes in residents' conditions and respond appropriately.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Commitment to accurate documentation and policy adherence.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, subacute or memory care preferred.
• Familiarity with PCC and EMR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow infection control procedures and HIPAA/state regulations.
• Support residents with long-term, subacute, and memory care as applicable.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and well-being.
