Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with federal, state, local, and facility regulations.
• Work closely with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure excellent resident care.
• Order medications, supplies, and equipment as needed.
• Follow individualized care plans for each resident.
• Perform wound care and related medical treatments.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately and promptly.
• Maintain resident and staff confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
