Job summary

Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team in Boynton Beach, FL. You will work with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care that enhances residents' lives.

Responsibilities include medication administration, following care plans, wound care, and accurate documentation. Prior SNF experience is preferred, and a valid Florida LPN license is required.
