Job summary

Redmont Health and Rehabilitation Center in Birmingham, Alabama is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support our clinical team.

Shifts available days (6:30A-6:30P) and nights (6:30P-6:30A); you must be licensed in Alabama and willing to work weekends/holidays as needed. We offer competitive pay and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Alabama.
• Experience in long-term care or rehab preferred.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident condition including vital signs and status changes.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff.
• Support residents with daily care needs.
• Participate in care planning and family meetings.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Help train and support new nursing staff.

Redmont Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team in Birmingham, Alabama.In this role, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support our clinical team in delivering high-quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

Hiring for days (6:30A-6:30P) & nights (6:30P-6:30A)

LPN Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Alabama
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
