Job summary

DocGo is hiring a Mobile Health Clinician – NJ to deliver care in patients' homes across New Jersey. You will monitor, assess, and provide directed treatment for adults and children, documenting care in DocGo’s EMR system and coordinating with supervising providers.

The role requires NJ/PA LPN licensure, at least two years of LPN experience, and BLS certification, plus a valid driver's license. You will work in a mobile setting with telemedicine support and adhere to safety and documentation

Qualifications

• Must hold current unrestricted NJ and PA State LPN licenses.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Active and current American Heart Association BLS.
• Valid Driver's License in state of residency with 2+ years of driving experience, and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 50-60 lbs.
• ED/UC/Internal Medicine/Hospital–Critical Care/Family Practice or other relevant areas experience preferred.
• Pediatric clinical work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive to patients' homes to provide care and monitoring.
• Engage in assessments and provide treatment under supervision of an APP for patients facing barriers to access.
• Maintain patient medical records and documentation per state regulations and DocGo standards.
• Provide care with synchronous telemedicine support.

Pay Rate: $36 – $37 per hour

Job Description:

You will be providing DocGo services in New Jersey by monitoring, assessing, and providing directed treatment common to complex injuries and illnesses through comprehensive assessments, including diagnosis, treatment, and outcome management for adult and pediatric patients. Here is what you can expect day-to-day as a Mobile Health Clinician –NJ at DocGo:

• Each day, you will drive to patients’ homes to provide care and monitoring
• While at a patient’s home, engage in assessments and provide treatment under the supervision of an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for patients facing barriers to accessing the traditional healthcare system
• Throughout the treatment process, maintain patient medical records and documentation consistent with state regulations, DocGo standards, and policy through our HealthPoint and Athena EMR system
• You will be practicing under direction with synchronous telemedicine support

Responsibilities

• Act as a conduit for the medical treatment of the Health Plan Partnerships patient population
• Navigate conversations related to management of health, well-being, medication management, and goals of care
• Provide supervised, directed treatment of common medical diagnoses
• Participate in continuing education as required by the state where you reside and the DocGo training team
• Adhere to clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics
• Provide care with cultural sensitivity and compassion
• Lead your practice with a patient-centered approach
• Other related duties as deemed necessary

Qualifications
