Job summary

DocGo is seeking a Mobile Health Clinician—NJ to perform home visits in West Berlin, NJ. You will assess, diagnose, and direct treatment under APP supervision for patients with barriers to traditional care.

You will maintain records in HealthPoint and Athena EMR, participate in telemedicine-supported care, and collaborate with field staff to deliver high-quality, accessible care to both adult and pediatric patients.

Qualifications

• Must hold current unrestricted NJ and PA LPN licenses.
• Phlebotomy experience.
• Minimum of two years of LPN experience.
• Active American Heart Association BLS.
• Valid driver’s license with 2+ years driving and clean record.
• Ability to lift 50–60 lbs.
• Experience in ED/UC/IM/CC/FP or related areas preferred.
• Pediatrics experience preferred.
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as conduit for medical treatment of the Health Plan Partnerships patient population.
• Navigate conversations on health, well-being, meds, and goals of care.
• Provide supervised, directed treatment of common medical diagnoses.
• Participate in continuing education as required by state and DocGo.
• Adhere to clinical and safety standards, protocols, and metrics.
• Provide care with cultural sensitivity and compassion.
• Lead practice with a patient-centered approach.
• Other related duties as deemed necessary.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time, West Berlin, NJ. Schedule: Variable days, 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM. Pay Rate: $36 – $37 per hour. Full-Time Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (with company contribution), Paid Time Off (PTO), 401k.

Position Description

You will be providing DocGo services in New Jersey by monitoring, assessing, and providing directed treatment common to complex injuries and illnesses through comprehensive assessments, including diagnosis, treatment, and outcome management for adult and pediatric patients. As a Mobile Health Clinician – NJ at DocGo, you will drive to patients’ homes to provide care and monitoring and engage in assessments and treatment under the supervision of an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for patients facing barriers to accessing traditional healthcare. You will maintain patient medical records and documentation consistent with state regulations, DocGo standards, and policy through our HealthPoint and Athena EMR systems. You will practice under direction with synchronous telemedicine support.

Qualifications

• Must hold current unrestricted NJ and PA State LPN licenses.
• Phlebotomy experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an LPN.
• Active and current American Heart Association BLS.
• Valid Driver's License in state of residency with 2+ years of driving experience and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 50-60 lbs.
• Experience in Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Hospital – Critical Care, Family Practice, or other relevant areas (preferred).
• Clinical work experience with pediatrics (preferred).
• Fluent bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred).
