Job summary

Eastview Health and Rehabilitation Center in Antigo, WI is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join a resident-focused care team. This role involves administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and supporting care plans while guiding CNA staff.

A Wisconsin LPN license and strong teamwork are required. We offer shift differentials for PM/NOC, competitive pay, and benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Wisconsin is required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
