Eastview Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our resident-focused care team in Antigo, Wisconsin. The role focuses on administering medications, monitoring vitals, coordinating care plans, and mentoring CNAs within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
