Job summary

Sheridan Health & Rehabilitation in Kenosha, WI is hiring a licensed practical nurse to administer medications and care plans for residents. You will monitor health status, supervise CNAs, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality care in a supportive team environment.

Compensation & Incentives

• $3.00/hour shift differential for PM and NOC shifts

• $32-40.70/hr -Higher pay rate in scale available for employees who waive benefits

Responsibilities

As a Nurse, you will:

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Monitor residents' health status and vital signs

• Develop, implement, and document resident care plans

• Supervise, mentor, and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Collaborate with Nurse Managers, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team

• Promote a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment for residents

Qualifications
