Job summary
Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in Basking Ridge, NJ is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day shift, with compensation up to $39/hour. This role involves providing skilled nursing care in SNF and LTAC units, administering medications, including IVs, and monitoring resident outcomes.
The ideal candidate holds a current LPN license and will participate in resident and family education, collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals, and supervise CNAs.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license required.
Responsibilities

- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
