Job summary

WesleyLife Heritage House in Atlantic, IA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to conduct health assessments, establish care plans, and administer medications. You will provide direct nursing care, manage IV therapy and wound care, and collaborate with physicians and families to optimize resident well-being.

You will supervise CNAs, ensure infection control, and offer education to residents and families. A State Iowa LPN license is required, with a starting pay rate plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

• Shift Differentials for 2nd, 3rd, and weekend packages
  • Hours worked 2p-10p is $3.50/hr
  • Hours worked 10p-6a is $5.00/hr
  • All hours worked Saturday and Sunday is an additional $1.00/hr
