Job summary

Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center in Mason City, IA is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a friendly, supportive team providing high-quality resident care.

You will ensure residents receive medications and nursing care as directed, conduct assessments, act as a team leader, and advocate for residents. Prior LPN experience is preferred; Iowa LPN license required.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license. Prior LPN experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Your work will ensure our residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents.
• You will ensure residents are comfortable and safe under the care plan.
• Contribute to a supportive, caring nursing team.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
