Job summary

WesleyLife in Johnston, IA is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care, conduct comprehensive health assessments, and administer medications according to physician orders.

You will collaborate with the care team to optimize resident outcomes, maintain documentation, and ensure infection control and regulatory compliance. PRN shifts available with sign-on bonuses for PT/FT and shift differentials are offered.

Qualifications

• Provide direct nursing care, such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management.
• Comprehensive assessments of residents' health conditions, including vital signs, and developing individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and monitoring for side effects.
