Job summary

Avalon Health Care Inc's Grays Harbor Health and Rehab in Aberdeen, WA is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide resident-centered nursing care and support care plans.

The role administers medications, monitors conditions, and collaborates with RNs and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care. Full-time or PRN positions available with shift differentials.
