Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Washington State or NLC eligible.
• Good understanding of nursing regulations and standards of care.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Support development and implementation of resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to care team.
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team.
• Help ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care daily.
