Job summary

Domnovate Healthcare seeks a Licensed Nursing Assistant for a local contract in Concord, New Hampshire. Assist residents with daily living activities, provide attentive observations, and communicate clearly with the nursing team to deliver respectful, dependable care.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, reporting changes, and accurate documentation. The assignment is on-site with a 37-hour weekly guarantee, evening hours 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and a W-2 employment arrangement

Qualifications

Total Compensation: $17.45–$18.15/hour*

Our Client is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant for a local contract opportunity in Concord, New Hampshire. Help people with daily needs while contributing attentive observations, clear communication and respectful care to the nursing team.

Your contribution

Assist with personal care, daily activities, safe mobility and other delegated tasks within nursing assistant scope. Support comfort, dignity and safety, observe and report changes to licensed nursing staff, and document care accurately. Work with the care team, follow infection prevention practices and carry out care plans under appropriate nursing direction.

Assignment and schedule

• Local, on-site contract; no traveler stipend.


• Evening shift 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, 30-minute meal; exact workdays confirmed before offer.


• Source lists 37-hour weekly guarantee subject to attendance and assignment terms. Workdays and weekend requirements will be confirmed before offer.


• Overtime is not approved.


• Current source assignment ends January 3, 2027. Start and remaining duration confirmed before offer; remaining duration depends on the confirmed start.

What you bring

• Current New Hampshire nursing assistant license or eligibility, with required credentials completed before practice.


• Appropriate nursing assistant education and ability to perform delegated care within scope.


• Careful observations, dependable communication and a respectful approach.


• Ability to complete applicable screening, credential and orientation requirements.

Employment arrangement:

Contract and per diem placements recruited through Domnovate Healthcare are W-2 employment through our employer of record. Our Client is the assignment site.
