RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (IDD LPN) for day shift. The office is in Maxton, NC, with travel to group homes in Laurinburg and Hoffman.

This full-time, day-shift role supports group home operations and combines structured, steady-paced nursing with field visits. Requirements include an accredited LPN program, current license, CPR, and strong communication skills with the Interdisciplinary Team and families.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
• Current nursing license with no restrictions.
• Current CPR certification or eligibility to obtain.
• Strong communication with interdisciplinary team and families.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Pre-employment screening including background checks and credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with IDD.
• Assist RN in delivering nursing services to persons supported.
• Administer medications and support medication administration.
• Support health-related training for unlicensed staff.
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, and the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Advocate for people supported and help develop community supports.
