Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home nursing care for pediatric and/or adult patients in Kissimmee, Florida. This full-time or part-time role offers hourly pay ranging from $30 to $33 and opportunities for a sign-on bonus.

As an LPN, you will perform nursing assessments, deliver prescribed care, monitor patient conditions, and document findings while collaborating with families and the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where the LPN will practice.
• TB test or chest X-ray completed.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
