Job summary

VNA Health Group is seeking a compassionate Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Homecare team in New Jersey. You will bring care plans to life under RN guidance, educate patients, and maintain high safety and quality standards in patient care.

Requirements include NLN-accredited LPN training and an active NJ license, 2+ years med/surg or acute care experience (homecare/hospice a plus), strong communication and IT skills, and a valid driver's license with willingness to travel.
