Job summary

VNA Health Group is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Homecare in New Jersey. You will provide high-quality home health nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, bringing care plans to life and supporting patients in their own homes.

The role requires an NJ LPN license and 2+ years of med/surg or acute care experience. Travel to patient homes is expected, with a strong focus on safety and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN-accredited LPN program with an active NJ LPN license.
• 2+ years of med/surg or acute care experience (homecare/hospice a plus!).
• Strong communication, time management, and tech skills.

Responsibilities

• Bringing care plans to life under the guidance of an RN
• Teaching and supporting patients with preventative and recovery care
• Ensuring services meet the highest standards of quality and compassion
