Job summary

VNA Health Group in Middlesex County, NJ is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a home health setting. You will work with RNs and a healthcare team to support patients toward recovery and improved quality of life.

Ideal candidates have NJ LPN licensure and 2+ years in med/surg or acute care, with strong communication and organizational skills. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel are preferred.

Qualifications

• NLN-accredited LPN program completed and NJ licensure active.
• 2+ years of med/surg or acute care experience; home care or hospice a plus.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Education & Licensing: Graduation from an NLN-accredited LPN program with active New Jersey LPN licensure.

• Experience: 2+ years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience. Home care or hospice experience is a plus!

• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent computer skills, and exceptional organizational abilities.

• A Team Player: Ability to collaborate and foster positive, professional relationships.

• Driver’s License & Transportation: You’ll need a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
