Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1-on-1 in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients in Hodgenville, KY. Both full-time and part-time roles are available for day, evening, and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide skilled nursing care per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms and document nursing diagnoses.
• Collect and interpret patient data in collaboration with healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
