Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Hodgenville, KY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1-on-1 care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes. Roles are available as full-time and part-time for day, evening, and night shifts, with pay depending on schedule, experience, and required skills.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where practice occurs.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyzes, and interprets data from health care team and documents nursing diagnoses.
