Job summary

Baystate Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health team in Springfield, MA. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients’ homes. Candidates should be licensed in Massachusetts and possess current CPR certification.

Schedule

• Part‑time, 32 hours
• 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (with some flexibility)
• Rotating holidays

Location

On the road – mileage reimbursement (Western Massachusetts)

Qualifications

• Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination (NCLEX‑PN) and licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as an LPN.
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license.

Note: The compensation range(s) below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non‑exempt employees and based on assumed full‑time commitment for exempt employees.
