Job summary

Elara Caring in Indiana seeks a Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse to join our home health team. You will follow individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and administer medications in compliance with agency guidelines.

Ideal candidates have an active LVN license, nursing program graduation, and at least 1 year of clinical care experience. Hospice/home health experience is preferred. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year of clinical care experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.

Responsibilities

What is Required?

• Current State License as a Licensed Vocational / Practical Nurse
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, or Associate School of Nursing
• 1 year of experience in a clinical care setting
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Experience in a hospice or home health environment is preferred
