Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide care to employees and dependents at our Health Center in Greer, SC. The role involves direct patient care under supervision, documentation, and collaboration with healthcare providers.

Requires an accredited nursing program graduate, an active LPN/LVN license in SC, and hands-on BLS certification. A minimum of three years of clinical experience in ambulatory or occupational health is preferred.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (AHA/ARC or equivalent).
• At least three years of clinical experience in ambulatory, occupational health, or emergency department settings.

As a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Greer, SC.

Schedule

• Monday 7a-4:30p
• Tuesday 7a-12p
• Wednesday 9a-7p
• Thursday 8a-5:30p
• Friday 8a-4p
• Saturday - Every 4th Saturday of the month 8a-12p

What You'll Do

• Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, and within scope of practice
• Performs and documents medical tasks to include medication administration wound care, observes reactions to treatments, and specimen collection such as urine, blood, and sputum based on provider orders
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

What You'll Bring

• Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• Currently Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in state of practice required
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required
• At least three years of clinical experience as LPN/LVN in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting
