Job summary

CARIN Alliance seeks an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, administering medications and treatments while documenting patient information. You will coordinate care with the healthcare team and support the patient’s education and daily living activities.

The role emphasizes wound care, monitoring conditions, and collaborating with nurses and physicians in a facility setting.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license and at least 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification and recent PPD test.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities
