Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, administer medications and treatments, and collect patient information. You will administer wound care and educate patients while monitoring condition and coordinating with the healthcare team.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, and current BLS/CPR certification, with a recent PPD.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Recent PPD clearance within last year.
• Ability to meet physical requirements with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities
