Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care within the LPN scope at our facility partners. You will administer medications and treatments, collect and document patient information, and coordinate with the healthcare team.

This role requires an active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, and a recent PPD within the last year, with the ability to meet the physical demands of the role.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license.

Responsibilities
