Job summary
Health Here in Virginia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications, collect and document patient information, perform wound care, and coordinate with the healthcare team.
We offer competitive pay of $37–$39 per hour, flexible scheduling with full-time hours, same-day/next-day pay options, local staffing support during extended hours, and a hiring bonus after completing two shifts.
Qualifications
- Active LPN license required.
- Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- PPD within the last year.
- Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
- Administer medications and treatments.

- Perform wound care and patient education.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
