Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services in Louisburg, NC is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team. You will direct nursing services under supervision of a Registered Nurse, delegate tasks to staff, monitor patient condition, and notify physicians in emergencies while ensuring adherence to the Nursing Practice Act.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing with renewal every other year.
• Willingness to serve as charge nurse and work during emergencies for adequate coverage.
• Ability to provide quality care, follow doctors’ orders, and show genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
• Current CPR certification and participation in in-service training and staff meetings.
