Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team in North Carolina.

You will assist in coordinating nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, delegate duties to staff, observe patients for changes, and notify physicians when emergencies arise. A strong commitment to geriatric patient care, CPR certification, and ongoing participation in in-service training are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current, valid LPN license with proof of renewal.
• Willingness to serve as charge nurse and work during emergencies for coverage.
• Ability to provide quality patient care, follow medical orders, and demonstrate an interest in geriatric nursing.
• CPR certification maintained annually.
• Participation in in-service training and staff meetings.
