Job summary

Cortland Health and Rehab in Thomas, WV is hiring LPNs to join its compassionate clinical team. We offer full-time and part-time shifts 7-7, every other weekend required, and competitive hourly pay with shift differentials.

Sign-on bonuses up to $10,000 for qualified applicants; choose either the full-time option with the bonus or take a $2.25/hour increase instead, plus a strong benefits package and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in West Virginia.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain).
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plan.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Document accurately and ensure compliance with state/federal guidelines.

Rate of Pay: $26.00-$29.73

Choose the compensation option that works best for you:

• Full-time: $10,000 sign-on bonus, subject to program terms; or
• Decline the sign-on bonus and receive an additional $2.25 per hour, subject to eligibility and program terms.
• Part-time: $5,000 sign-on bonus, subject to program terms.
